If you want to come on vacation before you decide to buy your new home ,it is possible to rent an apartment in first line from the beach in La Serena Golf.
There are several types available incl:
a) 4 bedrooms with double suite
b) 4 bedrooms with one suite
c) 3 bedrooms
d) 2 bedrooms
-The daily rental rates vary depending on season. Low, medium and high season.
-We require a payment of 50% for the reservation and 50% once you get here.
-We have a maid service for the days you might require at very appropriate prices.
-After you have used the apartment we charge a minimum fee for the final cleaning of the apartment.
-The apartments are fully equipped with sheets and towels.
-When renting one of our apartments you and your family can use all the sports facilities and the club house and you will get a 50% discount on “green fee” playing golf.
